-Server Failure (8.4)
If the server fails during match play the game will be restarted where it left off with 10k startmoney unless less than 3 rounds have been played. If less than 3 completed rounds have passed (freezetime in 4th) the game will be completely restarted.
-Pausing (8.5)
For pausing the server we would ask clans to exercise a little common sense please - pausing is for when people have either internet problems or pc problems and need to reboot - it is NOT for when a member needs to go for a "break" - pausing is not for this reason.
Officially the rule is that a clan has 7 minutes IN TOTAL to pause. This could be one long pause or many smaller pauses. After this the opposition clan has the right to insist that play goes on, however, if you do not have a game after, or are not in a huge hurry, we would ask you to wait if players seem to have genuine problems.
If you do have games after, or are in a hurry for some other reason, you are within your rights to play on after the collective 7 minutes are up.
The game can ONLY be paused at the end of the round, or during the 'freezetime' of the next round.-Planting/Defusing bomb
-Known Bugs (8.6)
Abusing any commonly known bugs will result in a standard infraction outlined below.
--Obstruction (8.6.1)
The Terrorist team are not permitted to deliberately obstruct access to the bomb in an effort to prevent CT's from defusing. For example, covering the bomb with chairs/barrels.
--Illegal Defuse / Illegal Plant (8.6.2)
The bomb may only be planted in locations that are accessible by regular jumping. Using team-mates to boost and plant the bomb in an inaccessible location is illegal. Planting the bomb in any area that is classified as a map bug is also illegal.
The fountain on bombsite A on de_inferno is considered a map bug and planting in the fountain is illegal.
CT's may not attempt to defuse the bomb if it is out of sight. Defusing/fake defusing the bomb through a solid object is illegal. Please note that being able to see ONLY the red flashing glow is still illegal. You must be able to see any part of the bomb itself.
Breaching any Bomb Plant/Defuse rules will result in the automatic loss of 2 rounds with more at the admins discretion of the state of play at the time of the defuse, lost rounds will be awarded to the opposing team. Repeatedly breaching this may result in the automatic loss of the match.
-Boosting (8.7)
Certain boosts are illegal and will result in a standard infraction at the admins discretion.
--Flash boost is illegal
--Ladder boost is legal
--Standing boost is legal
--Running is illegal

-Custom Content (10.2)
Custom skins are strictly disallowed. The only alteration to the game allowed are GUIs and HUD changes. If you are in any doubt ask an admin. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Punishment for infractions (11)
-Standard infraction during match play (11.1)
Any action which results in a standard infraction means 2 rounds will be deducted and awarded to the opposition team. More rounds and further action taken is at the admins discretion.
-Ignorance is no excuse (11.2)
Saying you did not know is no excuse.
-Discussion on interpretation of rules (11.3)
You may discuss the interpretation of the rule but the final decision is down to the admins and being clever will gain you no points.
-Appeals (11.4)
If you wish to appeal a decision please ask to speak to the tournament manager and explain your case in a calm and logical manner. Getting in anybody’s face will probably result in a rematch on de_carpark and expulsion from the event.
-Refunds if disqualified (11.5)
You pay for entrance to the LAN and not for entrance to the event. You will not be refunded if you break rules and are thrown out of the event.
-Infractions not mentioned in the rules (11.6)
If something is left out from the rules and is picked up on by players the admins can make a ruling and add to these rules as and when they see fit. The admin word is final and doing something which gains an unfair advantage that isn’t in the rules doesn’t make it any fairer and is still liable to punishment.
-Other league/lans rules (11.7)
Other league or LAN rules are for those leagues and LANs. They do not carry any weight at this event. Quoting them will get you nowhere.
Finally (14) [an intentional jump]
-Admin Discretion (14.1)
Admins reserve the right to remove any player or clan at any time. If a clan or user is the source of numerous complaints they will be asked to leave the competition. We try to be a friendly community and we don't want the minority spoiling it.
-Prizes (14.2)
All prize winners should be aware that it can take up to 20 working days to receive prizes. This is to account for bank clearing systems, postal services and other circumstances which are out with our control. Prizes will be paid to team captains unless otherwise stated.
