CLUK21 - Seating Requests
As the seating plan starts to fill up, it is time for us to close the public access to the seating picker as we try our best to fit friends, teams and clans all together at the event. This means that some people will have to move from their chosen seats already, but this is unavoidable.
Priority in the requests will go to get teammates all sat together, followed by priority to those who confirmed their places earlier on. The easiest way of ensuring that your clan remains sat together is to make sure that you all have the same clan tag, even if you're forming a mix team for the event, set up the clan tags the same otherwise we don't know if you're supposed to be sitting together.
Finally, at this stage we cannot guarantee anyone who pays will get their requests granted, we will try, but we cannot promise.
So to make your request, send an email to events@centralanuk.co.uk with the subject Seating Request and we'll look through them in turn. Please only send one request per group/clan. Please do not make seating requests by forums, IRC, msn etc as they will probably get lost!
CLUK21 - Event Update
As we draw closer to the biggest CLUK event so far, we've made a few changes to the event layout in order to make the most of the space we have available.
We've decided to move everybody into the Exhibition Hall for this event to keep everything all together rather than spreading through multiple rooms, this means that there will be a final capacity of 225 for CLUK21 at this stage. As a result of this reshuffle, our exhibitors will now be moving into the Premier Bar room (next to the gaming hall) and we will also be opening up the bar in that room, to save you walking even further for your pints! That room will also house our consoles and tournament finals screen.
This change means that we've had to swap everyone out of the Premier bar who was already sitting in there, we've tried to keep clans sat together and in the order they were originally in, but you may need to just double check. Don't forget that you can change your seats around on the seating plan right up to the event.
With this reduced capacity, that means there will be even more competition now for the final spaces at the LAN. The ONLY way to make sure you have a seat is to cross our palms with silver (or paypal), and then your place is guaranteed.

KustomPCs @ CLUK21
Good news, everyone !
KustomPCs will be bringing some hardwares for you to try out at CLUK21 - mice, headsets and the like - plus also giving you the chance to order up any modding / cooling bits with free delivery.
Also expect some fun but random tournaments with equally fun and random prizes.

CLUK21 - Where to Sit?
So as soon as you've paid for your seat for CLUK21, you can then pick your seat by going to http://www.centralanuk.co.uk/cluk21/seating You can select any of the green seats on the plan and you can move as many times as you want to before the event to ensure that you're sat with the people you want to be around.
You'll notice that there are 2 separate rooms at the event, it doesn't particularly matter which room you sit in as both are linked via our network however the "feel" of the two rooms will be slightly different depending on what you want to get out of the event.
Tournament Room (Exhibition Hall)
This room houses the main staff area and will also contain our tournament team. If you're planning on taking part in the tournament series, we recommend that you sit in this room so that you're closer to the tournament admins and also so that they can find you if needed for any reason. They won't be trawling the entire venue looking for you if you're late for a match. So, to make their lives easier, the tournament room is for you!
"Social" Room (Premier Bar)
The name is a bit confusing, but the bar in this room won't be open, that's somewhere else entirely. However our second room is intended for those who come to LANs for a bit more of a laid back feel. This room will have members of staff who will be operating a programme of big fun games as well as various other fun activities.
You can sit wherever you like and take part in any of the event activities regardless of your seating area, however the above information will hopefully serve as a guideline as to where to pick!
Team CLUK @ UK Games Expo
The CLUK team will be taking along an exhibition stand to the UK Games Expo this weekend (31st May & 1st June) at the Clarendon Suites, Edgbaston Birmingham to demonstrate various genres of multiplayer gaming including FPS, RTS, Racing and Consoles. The expo demonstrates gaming in its widest variety from card to board and role play.
Advance ticket sales have now closed for the event, but if you want to come along and see the team in action, visit the website www.ukgamesexpo.co.uk and look out for the CLUK stand.
CLUK20 - Thanks for Coming
The event staff are back home and recovering from what was a great LAN Party. Lots of big games, from Team Fortress 2 to Unreal Tournament 2004 and Neotokyo. on behalf of all the staff, I would like to thank everyone for attending and making the event as fun as it was!
If you have any feedback on the event, please post on our forums and let us know. We want to make the events the best they can be, so anything that you think we did well or we could improve - tell us!
We are in the process of slowly uploading photos to our gallery. If you have any, please let us know and we'll be glad to put them online! Photos can also be found in the CLUK Facebook group as well for all your tagging enjoyment!
The next event is CLUK21 and it's a big one with space for 300 people. Until the end of today, the price is £44 with discounts if you've been to 5 or more CLUK events. After midnight, the price will go up to £54, so signup now for a good bargain!
Rock out at CLUK 20!
